about how we get your eyewear to you.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required. Standard delivery
typically arrives within 7-10 business days after your order ships.
PRIORITY SHIPPING
Need your eyewear sooner? We offer Priority Shipping for $9.99, with delivery in 2-3
business days after your order ships.
PRESCRIPTION EYEWEAR PROCESSING
Please note that prescription eyewear orders require additional processing time for custom lens
crafting. Add 5-7 business days to the shipping timeframes above for prescription orders. This ensures your lenses are crafted with the
precision and care your vision deserves.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the
same business day (non-prescription items). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your
package's journey to your doorstep.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your eyewear arrives safely and on
time.
P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping options
may not be available for these addresses.
